Good news! The government has lifted the ban on removing phone holders from motorbikes.

Riders can now attach mobile holder / Go-Pro and can go on ride without breaking the law

The Patan High Court has decided to allow two-wheeler riders to keep a mobile holder and stand on their motorcycles. This decision comes after David Choudhary and Aryan raj Pandey, filed a lawsuit in court against the ban on using mobile stands on motorcycles. Previously, the government had warned that riders who did not follow this rule would be penalized with fines ranging from Rs 500 to Rs 20,000, but motorcycle riders will now be free to utilize mobile holders and stands on their vehicles without worrying about receiving fines.

The government has now been ordered by the court to conduct technical research and analysis to determine the benefits and drawbacks of using such devices and to take the necessary steps to establish appropriate legal requirements.

It remains to be seen how the government will respond to this situation and what steps it will take to implement the necessary legal requirements to ensure the safety of motorcycle riders on the roads.

Overall, Go-Pros and mobile phones can be valuable tools for riders, helping them to stay safe, navigate their routes, communicate with others, and improve their performance. It might be more convenient and pleasant for travelers to use two-wheelers to explore the city and its surroundings. So, riders can keep their hands free while riding and navigate, take photographs or videos, and interact with others by using mobile holders and stands. This can improve travelers’ entire trip experiences and make them more pleasurable and memorable.
