Adventure activities are gaining popularity in the Kushadevi region of Nepal, with Panauti becoming a new destination for thrill-seekers. The historic town in the Kavrepalanchowk area is now well-known for its adventure sports activities, thanks to a new rock climbing facility. It lies nine kilometers west of Panauti Buspark.
Located at Kushadevi in Panauti Municipality-2, the rock climbing facility has become a new tourist hotspot. According to tourism company owners, the new facility has given the area a new identity as the center of adventure sports.
The cliff features 100 bolts imported from Germany, enabling climbers to reach as high as 50 meters using a rope. With the addition of this new adventure sports activity, Panauti is now attracting visitors from around the world, providing them with an unforgettable experience. The town’s tourism industry is expected to continue to grow, bringing economic benefits to the area and creating job opportunities for locals.
