
Minister Sudhan Kirati announced that the government has started a campaign called Heritage Village Development to boost tourism. He shared this news in a press conference at Singhadarbar on Wednesday. The focus is on reviving over 60 ancient villages, turning them into new tourist spots.
The minister highlighted the need to improve infrastructure in cultural villages and create new attractions. He mentioned that a plan for this is already in the works. After a year in office, he is committed to implementing high-level programs.
Minister Kirati stressed the importance of making laws related to tourism and culture. The ministry has been actively working on drafting such laws.
He introduced new policies, plans, and programs for the tourism sector, indicating that the ministry is adopting innovative approaches in this crucial area.
