๐ก๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป (๐ก๐๐) has announced that it is preparing for direct flights to South Korea.
According to Archana Khadka (spokesperson for the corporation), it has proceeded towards the operation of a direct flight to Incheon International Airport (South Korea).
To ensure safety and compliance, a 10-member safety audit sub-committee has been formed under the coordination of the corporation’s Deputy General Manager (Technical), Engineer Vikram KC. The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal will be audited by this subcommittee, under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport of South Korea.
As part of its strategy to increase the number of International Flight destinations, the company has decided to begin preparations for direct flights to South Korea. Currently, the corporation is operating International Flights to three destinations in India and 10 destinations in eight countries.
This new development has the potential to increase Nepal’s tourist economy, especially considering South Korea’s growing popularity as a travel destination. Additionally, the formation of the safety audit sub-committee is a positive indication that preparations are well underway and safety and compliance will be ensured for the direct flights. This direct flight to South Korea will provide easier and more convenient access to Nepal for South Korean tourists, which will help to boost Nepal’s tourism industry.
