Air service to Humla, which stopped because of snow, started again on Tuesday. Flights from Nepalgunj to Simikot, the way to Humla, also started again. Today, Tara Air and Summit Air had their flights full. Tara Air carried relief items from Food Management and Trading Company Limited and goods from businessmen. Summit Air focused on carrying passengers.
Even though the weather in Simikot was good, flights from Nepalgunj were late due to morning fog. Now that flights have started again, passengers who were stuck in Simikot for three days are finally able to continue their journey.
