The Annapurna Region Conservation Project (ACRP) reports a significant increase in tourist arrivals in Manang. In 2080 (2023 AD), a total of 21,495 foreign tourists entered the region, with French citizens leading the list at 2,482, followed by Israelis at 1,821, and Germans at 1,754, indicating Manang’s growing popularity among international travelers.

Manang’s appeal extends beyond international borders due to improved road networks, leading to a rise in domestic tourism. Dhak Bahadur Bhujel, head of the ACRP, states that Manang is full of domestic tourists during extended holidays, indicating a growing travel culture among Nepalis.
