Acting Project Director Prakash Aryal said Dharahara sees about 1,200 visitors daily, except on Wednesdays when it’s closed. Since reopening, 8,316 visitors have come, excluding children under 12. Limited visiting hours from 10:30 AM to 3 PM often leave some unable to get tickets.

Entry costs Rs 200, with 50% discounts for students, seniors, children, and people with disabilities. SAARC tourists pay Rs 500, and non-SAARC visitors pay Rs 1,000.

Additional fees include Rs 50 for premises entry, Rs 1,000 per hour for photography, and Rs 5,000 for video shoots or ads. Parking costs Rs 20 per hour for cars and Rs 10 for bikes.
