Emirates Fly 13 hrs from Dubai and land at same place where it took off

The flight, which departed from Dubai at 10:30 a.m. local time, returned at the same airport around midnight on Saturday after traveling for more than 13 hours and covering more than 9000 miles of the trip due to the Auckland Airport closure caused by major flooding.

After a lengthy trip that finished with them landing at the same airport, the passengers on board the Emirates aircraft to New Zealand were obviously unhappy and disappointed.
