
Nepali climber Chatur Tamang is doing really well on the same mountain. He just climbed Russia’s Mount Elbrus for the 142nd time and reached the top at 6:15 yesterday morning. This is another big success for his climbing adventure.
Bikash Tamang, who’s also from Nepal and on the same team, said that this is Chatur’s third time in a row reaching the top of Mount Elbrus successfully. Bikash also talked about the really good weather and amazing views they had during this accomplishment.
Emerging from the heart of Solukhumbu’s Salleri 5, Chatur Tamang stands as a revered maestro of the mountains. His mastery encompasses Nepal’s myriad peaks, spreading even to the monumental Mount Elbrus in the Russian expanse. With a legacy stretching back to the turn of the millennium, he has etched his journey upon the slopes of Mount Elbrus, herding countless adventurers along this odyssey of altitude.
