The Nepal Civil Aviation Authority has allocated a budget of NPR 36 billion for the fiscal year 2080/81. In this budget, NPR 36.66 billion is expected to be both received and spent. This allocation is estimated to result in a surplus of NPR 62 lakh. The authority has also mentioned the inclusion of the previous year’s liabilities and bank loans as sources of revenue for this fiscal year.
The Civil Aviation Authority anticipates earning NPR 15.88 billion in income during this fiscal year, with an estimated NPR 6.64 billion coming from loans and shares. Additionally, they have budgeted NPR 19.38 billion for capital expenditure, with staff expenses estimated at NPR 2.11 billion. Operating expenses are projected to be NPR 4.34 billion, and a bonus of NPR 5.89 crore is also included in the allocation for employee benefits.
