Kathmandu, 15 Kartik. The Turkish tourism sector has begun preliminary bookings to increase the attraction of tourists. It is reported that plans are underway to identify more alternative destinations that will attract many more tourists.
Firoz Bagalkayal, President of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, has stated that the preliminary booking campaign started in the first week of December to attract many tourists. He mentioned that the tourist destinations in Turkey, from coastal areas to the sun, cultural parks, and medical tourists, are enticing.
Turkey earned $41.9 billion in tourism revenue in the first nine months of 2023. This year, the country aims to do a tourism business of $56 billion.
