The number of Nepali students opting for higher education in the United States soared by 27.9% last year, reaching a historic high of 15,090, reports the US Embassy in Nepal. This substantial increase marks a record high for Nepali students pursuing education in the US, as per the Open Doors Report 2023 on International Educational Exchange.
The data from the academic year 2022/2023 reveals a substantial rise in international students studying in the US, with a total of over one million (1,057,188) students from around the world choosing American universities for their educational pursuits.
