In a joint effort, Nepal’s National Mountain Guide Association (NNMGA) and the US Nepal Climbers Association Inc. (USNCA) have declared the launch of the First Tenzing Norgay Sherpa Open Climbing Competition (Top Rope Edition).
On Monday, January 29, 2024, the event will get started at the Crimpanzee Adventure Hub located in Bouddha, Kathmandu.
The competition will feature separate categories for men and women, with cash prizes and badges awarded to the top three climbers.
