Nepali climber Tenjing Lama has successfully reached the summit of Mount Aconcagua.
Tenjing Lama holds a guide license from the International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations. Tenjing Lama is working as a secretary in the Nepal National Mountain Guide Association (NNMGA).
At over 7,000 meters, Mount Aconcagua is the highest summit outside of Asia. It is known as the “Mountain of Death” because to reports that it has the greatest death rate of any mountain in South America, with an estimated three deaths each year.
Since records began, more than 100 people have passed away on Aconcagua.
Before that he made two climbs of Kilimanjaro. He has already climbed several mountains, including Bright Horn Mountain in Switzerland and Mount Blanc in France.
In the winter of 2011, he began climbing more than 400 waterfall ice routes in Rjukan, Telemark, Norway.
