Suresh Kumar Ale Magar, a member of the National Assembly, talked about the difficulties of the new way power is being shared. He also promised to work with everyone to move forward. During a meeting on Sunday, the Finance Minister, Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat, talked about the main ideas and goals for the next financial year. Some lawmakers from the Maoist party, like Ale Magar, were worried about how power is being shared. But they also said that the government is determined to keep going despite the problems.
Ale Magar said, “Since we have new partners in power, our journey has changed. We will go ahead together with them. It’s going to be hard, but we think we can handle the problems and move forward.”
He also talked about the proposed budget, saying that agriculture and energy should be top priorities. “Even if the budget doesn’t say so, we should focus on agriculture and energy. Just focusing on agriculture won’t make our country rich. I haven’t seen any country become rich only from agriculture. Energy and tourism are also important,” he explained.
