Bandipur’s 2081 New Year’s Street Food Festival

In the lovely tourist town of Bandipur in Tanahun, there will be a delightful street food festival during the 2081 New Year’s celebrations. This event is being organized by the Bandipur Tourism Development Committee in collaboration with other groups on the 30th of Chaitra and the 1st and 2nd of Baisakh.

The head of the Bandipur Tourism Development Committee, Kisan Pradhan, informed the media that Bandipur is one of Tanahun’s most popular tourist destinations. This street food event is being held so that residents of the district can celebrate the New Year’s holiday without having to travel outside of it. They anticipate guests from Tanahun as well as other regions of the nation and even outside.

Cultural performances from a variety of ethnic groups, including Newari, Gurung, Brahmin, and others, will be featured at this festival. Both domestic and foreign travelers, particularly Chinese ones, like Bandipur. A lot of visitors to Nepal opt to spend the night in Bandipur.

This year, 26 nations, including Italy, China, Japan, and others, have sent travelers to Bandipur. Many come here to celebrate the New Year, but Vaish Gurung, who owns a guesthouse in Bandipur, thinks the street food festival will draw even more visitors.

The Bandipur Municipality has published a list of 17 tourism attractions in seven languages to make exploration easier for visitors. These locations offer information in several languages and include temples, parks, waterfalls, caves, and memorial parks.

There are eight kilometers of uphill travel after an 18-kilometer drive from Damouli to Dumre to reach Bandipur. Once there, visitors can take in breathtaking vistas of valleys, hills, and mountains covered with snow.

77 hotels in Bandipur can accommodate guests of varying sizes. Travelers from all over the world come to Bandipur for its many attractions, which include parks, resorts, and cultural landmarks.

All things considered, Bandipur has a distinctive fusion of natural and cultural features, making it an essential destination for tourists looking for both leisure and adventure.
