This spring, 63 climbers, including 13 women and 50 men from five different groups, got permission to climb Mount Everest, the tallest peak in the world. In total, 148 people, including 42 women, have received permits to climb various mountains, bringing in around 105.59 million rupees in fees. Three teams each also received permits for Mount Amadablam and Mount Annapurna. Last year, 478 people got permits to climb Mount Everest.
