The Sagarmatha National Park has shared amazing news related to the Khumbu region. In total, 55979 tourists visited the Khumbu region in 11 months in this fiscal year, which is huge.
Manoj Kuwar Mandal, the information officer of Sagarmatha National Park, said that domestic visitors was 7577, but the number of foreign visitors was 48402.
The park collected 13 crore and 60 lakh Rupees in just 11 month. Visitors were higher in the first month, which is Baisakh, because Baisakh is known as the best season for visits and is also called the tourist season.
The ticket amount in the park is:
Nepali: 100 Rs
SAARC Countries: 1500 Rs
Other countries : 3000 Rs
