Chyolpa Gurung, Ward Chair of Manang Ngisyang Rural Municipality-9, stated that this power source helps the base camp to utilize less gas and firewood. Now services are more environmentally friendly.
This project is part of the NEA’s efforts to boost tourism in Nepal by upgrading visitor services and assisting local people.
