Nepal Telecom (NT) has launched its first AI-powered robotic assistant, “AI Jack,” to improve customer service and enhance operations. The unique service was formally introduced at Nepal Telecom’s Sundhara office. The goal of this project is to simplify and improve client relations.

The robot is meant to handle common doubts and answer over 600 frequently asked questions about NT’s services. With the capacity to speak smoothly in both Nepali and English, it provides a consistent experience for consumers from all backgrounds.
Nepal Telecom offices frequently encounter tremendous workloads since they serve an average of 200-300 people every day. AI Jack is supposed to relieve worker burden by offering quick responses and minimizing client wait times.
Any further improvements to the robot will include new technology to enhance its capabilities. It demonstrates dedication to implementing creative solutions for better customer delivery.
