The centre rescues and treats injured animals from Solukhumbu, Okhaldhunga, Khotang, and Udayapur districts.
Currently, two Nilgai and four deer are under treatment. Sadly, a pangolin and two Nilgai could not survive.
The rescued animals will be released into forests or national parks once fully recovered.
Officials aim to expand the centre’s capacity and hire skilled staff for better animal care.
