Prime Minister Prachanda talked about improving cities, like creating smart cities and planned urban areas that fit Nepal’s landscape. He emphasized connecting different parts of the country and building well-designed cities in Kathmandu Valley. He also highlighted the importance of quicker construction for local government offices and urged balancing city development with making cities look nicer.

He mentioned how the laws about forests and the environment need updating to match today’s needs and suggested changing the idea that development and forests can’t go together. He pointed out Nepal’s rich forests but the problem of still buying much wood, even though there’s plenty in the forests.
