Adventure activities are gaining popularity in the Kushadevi region of Nepal, with Panauti becoming a new destination for thrill-seekers. The historic town in the Kavrepalanchowk area is now well-known for its adventure sports activities, thanks to a new rock climbing facility. It lies nine kilometers west of Panauti Buspark.

Located at Kushadevi in Panauti Municipality-2, the rock climbing facility has become a new tourist hotspot. According to tourism company owners, the new facility has given the area a new identity as the center of adventure sports.

The cliff features 100 bolts imported from Germany, enabling climbers to reach as high as 50 meters using a rope. The town’s tourism industry is expected to continue to grow, bringing economic benefits to the area and creating job opportunities for locals.
