The relentless rainfall that has been raining for several days will end today. The weather is progressively improving in the western region, and it will improve across the country starting today, according to Meteorologist Sanjeev Adhikari of the Hydrology and Weather Forecast Division.”Continuous rain will stop today, but light to moderate rain is possible in some parts of the country,” he added. Windstorms are possible in a few areas of the Madhes and Lumbini provinces this afternoon.
Heavy rain occurred in one or two areas in Koshi, Madhes, Gandaki, and Bagmati provinces last night, and it is still pouring in a few spots in Koshi and one or two other provinces.According to the Division’s weather bulletin, light to moderate rain is possible in Kathmandu Valley today.
