It prevented her from moving as long as no one could see them; if someone did, they would be released. The enchantment, however, was broken when Sunanda’s wife unexpectedly found her. As a result, they got released from the house and joyfully danced in the streets.
During the Nava Durga dance parade, participants exchange information about traditional dishes and drinks while displaying offerings known as dyo bwakegu. These offerings include a range of dishes such as fish, eggs, meat, and local delicacies, as well as animal sacrifices such as ducks, goats, and pigs.
